经过国际摄影测量与遥感学会各技术委员会主席和执行局两轮评审，十篇论文获得第21届国际摄影测量大会青年优秀论文奖，获奖作者分别来自西班牙、希腊、中国、荷兰、澳大利亚、瑞士、美国。我室李渊博士的论文获此殊荣。获奖论文将于7月8日在两个青年优秀论文单元中进行报告。颁奖仪式将在7月10日的全会报告会上举行。

Notification of The ISPRS Prizes for Best Papers by Young Authors

Dear Yuan LI,

I am delighted to inform you that you have been selected as a winner of the ISPRS Prizes for Best Papers by Young Authors with your paper 'Lane-oriented 3D Dynamic Segmentation Method' (Abstract ID:2007102901602687 ). The Award will consist of a cheque for Swiss Francs 2500 and a certificate. You will be required to attend the Congress to receive the award and present your paper. The presentation of your paper will be on July 8 and the award will be presented to you at one of the plenary sessions to be held on 4th, 7th and 10th July from 8.30 to 10.00. 国际摄影测量与遥感学会(International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, 英文简称ISPRS)成立于1910年，是国际一级学术组织。该组织以推动国际摄影测量、遥感与空间信息技术的发展、应用与交流合作为宗旨，成员遍及近百个国家和地区，下设8个技术委员会，具有学术活动历史悠久、组织严密、参与面宽、影响力大、知名度高等特点。其每四年举办一次国际摄影测量与遥感大会(ISPRS Congress)，研讨最新前沿技术与发展方向，展示最新技术系统与成果，制订下一个四年的研究指南，选举新一届领导机构。

2004年7月，国家测绘局和中国测绘学会成功获得第21届国际摄影测量与遥感大会(简称ISPRS 2008 Beijing)的举办权。经国务院批准，此次国际学术盛会将于2008年7月3日至11日在北京国际会议中心举行，预计与会国内外代表将逾4000名。
