Apr. 24, 2006, Prof. George and Dr. Stephan came to our lab and interviewed with Ms. TIAN Yixiang, a sandwich Ph.D student candidate. They also discussed with Prof. ZHU Qing about the evaluation of the candidate and the planned research and preparation of the next steps. Heretofore Prof. ZHU Qing introduced VGE group’s recent research & development work. Prof. George Vosselman, Department of Earth Observation Science, International Institute for Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation - ITC. Since 2005, he is Editor-in-Chief of the ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing. Dr. Stephan Heuel is assistant professor of mobile and rapid mapping of the same department.
